How the logic works

The same rules run for everyone, so the result is explainable. Here is how relevance changes by business type, from the rules themselves.

1 · Your profile sets relevance

Your answers decide how much each of the 42 items matters for you, on a scale of 0 to 3. Facebook Marketplace is essential for a local product seller and irrelevant for a global B2B consultancy. Irrelevant items are left out, and never count against you.

2 · You mark what you have

For each relevant item you choose Not yet, Partly or In place. Your readiness score is relevance-weighted, so missing something essential costs far more than missing something optional.

3 · Priority = relevance × gap

Missing items are ranked by how relevant they are, with foundations first: website, analytics, Google, then sales and social. The top items become Now, the next ones Next, and the rest Later.

4 · Safeguards

A weak website caps your stage at Basic presence, and missing analytics caps it at Growing. Red flags catch costly combinations, such as ads without conversion tracking, or social profiles with no website.
